    • €250.00 excl. VAT registration fee – your registration is final upon receipt of payment.

    You will receive a form for ordering additional booth facilities when the booth drawing is sent to you. (The organization would appreciate receiving a drawing of your custom booth construction in advance for approval.)

    *Standard booth facilities (per 12m²) are:

    • Supports, white walls with fascia and name board on all open sides

    • 1m² storage space

    • Table with 3 chairs

    • 4 LED spotlights

    • 6 garment rods of 1 meter on closed or open sides between supports

    • Electrical connection with power socket


    Booth preferences🛈
    A corner booth (2 open sides) can be assigned starting at 30m², an end booth (3 open sides) starting at 60m², and an island booth (4 open sides) starting at 100m². The Organizer allocates the floor plan at their discretion, and no rights can be derived from it. Please specify your specific booth preferences here. (We will try to accommodate as much as possible.)

    By signing this completed form, you consent to the publication of the name, company details, and brand names you provide on the website www.bodyfashiontradefair.com, on participant lists for our social media channels, trade magazines, and visitor newsletters.

    *Your application for participation will be processed definitively after payment of a €250.00 registration fee.

    The registration fee will be deducted from the final invoice. In case of cancellation, this amount is non-refundable.

    1) an advance payment of 50% of all Amounts Due (the “Advance”) 21 days after Acceptance of the Application for Participation;

    2) the balance of all Amounts Due (the “Balance”) minus the registration fee approximately two months before the Opening Date of the Fair;

    4) the balance of additional technical orders at least 40 days before the Opening Date of the Fair.

    You can find the withdrawal conditions under Article 6.2.1 of the General Terms and Conditions.

    This Agreement is governed by Dutch law, Article 23 of the General Terms and Conditions.
