Following a fantastic first edition of the Bodyfashion Tradefair Belgium at Antwerp Expo, you now have the opportunity to register for participation in the next edition in 2025.

Explore the world of Bodyfashion at this 2-day trade fair, which will take place on Sunday, July 27, and Monday, July 28, 2025, at Antwerp Expo in Antwerp.

You can choose to participate with a fully equipped booth, or you may set up your own stand.

Booth Construction

The central focus of your collection.

The booth area includes construction and several booth facilities. In a booth of 12 m² (4 meters wide and 3 meters deep), you will receive:

Fascia with walls, posts, and nameplate
Storage with curtain, 1 m²
6 garment rails of 1 meter
1 table and 3 chairs
4 LED spotlights per 12 m²
1 m² storage area
Power outlet (3 inputs)
Booth cleaning after setup

The cost for a standard booth is €149.00 per m², excluding VAT.

If you prefer to participate with your own stand, the price is €110.00 per m², excluding VAT, and includes one electrical connection.

De Bodyfashion Tradefair

With a mix of information, beautiful collections, delicious coffee, snacks, and cava, a day at the fair is meant to contribute to the retailer’s success. Sustainability

As organizers, Bodyfashion Tradefair Belgium aims to contribute to environmental sustainability as much as possible.

You are kindly requested to present your entry ticket digitally at the entrance.
Whenever possible, please stay in an (eco)hotel within walking distance or in the center of Antwerp.
The organization strives to communicate digitally, minimizing paper usage.
During setup and breakdown days, we aim to keep the hall temperatures at 18°C, and the lighting will be turned off overnight.
Reusable materials are used as much as possible for booths, carpets, and LED lighting.
Waste is sorted and deposited in designated containers.

Parking Facilities

For those staying and passing through.

There is ample free parking available on Vogelzanglaan and even an adjacent campsite where you can stay with your camper or caravan if you’re traveling to another destination. Camper Park Vogelzang is located next to Antwerp Expo.
